The USGBC SWVA Chapter schedules regular chapter meetings, special events and workshops. If you are interested in attending chapter meetings, we generally meet on the third Tuesday of each month. Announcement s for our events, meetings and workshop are distributed through our email distribution list and are posted on our website. Because the area covered by our chapter is large, we try to choose topics appropriate to different sections of our chapter geography and hold our meetings there. Approximately half of our meetings are in the Roanoke Valley, but we also meet regularly in the New River Valley. The chapter also serves Floyd, Abingdon, Lexington, Smith Mountain Lake, and Lynchburg, and all the surrounding area, future events are being planned for these areas.
